We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return if you are not satisfied with your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted unless otherwise stated.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at with photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the matter, whether by offering a replacement or a refund, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take several days to complete the transaction.
